Watch Great Blue Heron fish off your dock, Red-Tailed Hawk soar across the lake and Osprey snatch their dinner out of the water. Only non-motorized boats are allowed, enhancing the natural atmosphere. The lake is spring-fed with refreshing, therapeutic, clean water.

Located on the premier side of the lake, you can also enjoy long afternoons of sunbathing and fun on your own private sandy beach, swimming, fishing, canoeing, pedal boat riding, hiking, walking, rock climbing, wildlife & bird watching, and viewing foliage, followed by spectacular sunsets!

Located just a short distance from the MA/NH border, off I-93 at Exit 3, the cottage is a quick 40 minute drive from Boston, and 15 minutes from Manchester.
